4CS is a non-profit organization, formed by the California Community College's classified staff to serve as the statewide classified senate. 4CS supports the leadership roles of classified staff in the governance of the California Community College System through the development and support of local senates, advocating increased involvement at the state level, and promoting leadership skills among classified staff.

CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (3CLA)

CA Community College Leadership Academy is being offered for one team from each California communty college district. Funded by IEPI grant funds awarded to 4CS, this is an excellent opportunity to take action in developing leadership across silos in your district, culminating in an equity-based project proposal relevant to local need. The team will learn to gather information and resources at a macro level, then deliver results at the local level.
