4CS Board Bios
Clovis Community College
My time working at and with community colleges has taught me a lot. It has encouraged me to want to do more. After attending CLI in 2019 I joined the 4CS board to do just that. Prior to my appointment as Treasurer, I served as the Central 2 Area Representative where I learned what our organization is and has provided to our Classified Professional to excel in the community college environment.
My career with State Center Community College District began in 2009 at Fresno City College in their Business Office. I later held positions within Clovis Community College and State Center Community College Foundation before finally circling back to Fresno City College as a Senior Budget Analyst.
My Classified Senate journey began in 2017 at Clovis Community College where I held the position of Secretary/Treasurer. During that time, I helped revise the Senate’s constitution and by-laws. This led to many changes including, separating out the Secretary/Treasurer positions and adding more Senator positions. In 2019 I was elected Treasurer, a position which I held briefly until my departure from Clovis Community College to Fresno City College later that year.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Fresno State. My husband and I are big supporters of the soccer community. We have been supporters of the local soccer teams within Fresno and look forward to the new team that has been announced in the Central Valley. We are supporters of the English soccer team Chelsea FC and have travelled to London several times to watch Chelsea FC matches.
