In an effort to expand our outreach efforts and include our members more fully in the process, we are asking for your input as we identify the best recipients for the 4CS Leadership Award to be presented at the annual Classified Leadership Institute in June.

To nominate an individual for this award please follow the guidelines listed below:

1. Send the individuals’ name and contact information including mailing address, telephone number and email to leadership-award@ccccs.org.

2. Include a short essay in which you address how the individual has met the following criteria (not to exceed two pages):
• Supports classified involvement in participatory governance at the local and state level
• Exhibits the characteristics valued by 4CS in strengthening our community colleges to the benefit of our communities.
• Supports the Mission of the California Community Colleges and, by their actions, promotes the values of participatory governance for all.

4CS encourages you to provide a comprehensive picture of the candidate’s commitment and qualifications.

Thank you for your contribution to this important process.

Sincerely,
